When it all began . . .
Matteo Family Kitchens,
Inc., was founded in June 1995 and opened for business September 1st,
1995.
President, E. Everett
Matteo, worked for Wickes Lumber Co. designing kitchens and attending
many design seminars and workshops through the years.
His son, Thomas Matteo,
after graduating with a B.A. degree from Rowan University (then known as
Glassboro State College), joined Everett at Wickes in designing and
selling kitchens, baths and related items. Everett had 26 years
experience and Thomas had 8 years experience when they decided to make
the move and start their own business.

After searching for the perfect location, Matteo
Kitchens found property in
Woodstown, NJ, Salem County.
After rehabilitating the buildings and
property themselves using the skills acquired over their years of
experience, they were able to bring their dreams into reality.

The Company Today . . . |

In 1997 Matteo Kitchens was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine as
#30 of the top 100
Hot New Companies in 1996.
In 2005, Matteo Family Kitchens, Inc., has grown from three employees
in 1995 to sixteen. The company has a state-of-the-art 20/20
Computer program to design kitchens from every angle, using the cabinet
of the customer's choice in the design.

Our Designers: Our fully trained skilled designers offer
individualized service to all of our clients. We take our time to
listen to the needs of our customers and help design the kitchen or bath
that our customer has envisioned. |

Accuracy: To assure accuracy, we measure all jobs in-home. We
can move windows, doors, walls to give the customer more ideas of how they
can most effectively use the area they have for their kitchen. |
Special Services: We are able to provide our customers
with the special services of suggesting the most efficient locations of
electrical outlets, plumbing and vents. We are capable of recommending the
proper placement of lights in soffits, and supplying our customers with
the measurements they need to do the job correctly. Contractor's
especially like this service when doing new construction. |
